Mary9월 15, 2013Pricey but beautiful hotel. Great pool and easy access to all Universal parks. Your stay includes an Unlimited Express Pass and Early Admittance (money!) to the parks.

Niña9월 7, 2013Great hotel, love the theme. Wish they had a free mini fridge and microwave in the rooms though. They do have a Keurig which is nice for coffee drinkers. Pool is beautiful. Staff is courteous and gets things done well.- Coming for a conference? There is a second entrance off the main road for the convention space. Look for the sign for Emeril's. It will save you a drive around the resort or a long walk from the lobby

Sara Luster8월 26, 2012Short walk or boat ride to universal parks. Decent hotel. Parking $17 per day. Gym & Internet cost extra. Island dining room is not very good. Worth staying here to get the free express pass.
Free wifi now. Express Pass included with room rate. Take the boats to CityWalk or a leisurely stroll down the walking path

Thick and VERY rich; you've been warned. =) And also, the chicken sausage pizza was surprisingly good considering it was gluten-free.

M9월 2, 2011Play volleyball in the pool after an early morning jaunt to Harry Potter world. If you're staying here, the park opens at 8 AM! Stay on the club level for "free" breakfast and snacks.

If you lose your room key they won't charge extra for replacements. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate is pretty tasty. They'll give you as many cups to put in the machine as you like.
Robin Roberts12월 16, 2014Totally worth the extra cost to get fast passes for the whole family. You end up saving if you are 3 or more.- It is about a 7 minute walk from the pool gate at Royal Pacific to the entrance to CityWalk (next to Margaritaville). If you want to be close to CityWalk or IOA, this is it!
So far it's very impressive. Off season is relatively cheap, but they nickel and dime you for everything. The gym, Internet, priority ride access(used to be comp)and parking can add another 50 a day.

When I call they apologize and refund the charges just re-charge my card the next day.- Room service staff are sweethearts! Everyone who works here have been very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful vacation experience!

Desiree at the front desk is about the nicest person I've ever met at a hotel. Everyone on staff was great!

Let the pool attendants set up your chairs at the pool! Very comfy and if you tip they take great care of you all day!:)
