    Very clean and fast local diner tucked at the corner of 43/11. Solid basic diner food: pancake, waffle, eggs, sandwiches, fries, pies. Open 24 hours and takes all credit cards.

    Step into the 1960’s at this delightful and eclectic diner – even better when the weather is nice and you can sit outside. The egg sandwich is divine.

    The staff here are outstanding! They cannot be more attentive. They see me coming and have my cup of tea waiting! The food is fabulous and so reasonably priced. Really kid friendly too. All round 5*

    The breakfast specials offer a complimentary mimosa but be careful...alcohol can't be served before noon on Sunday in NY! The menu discrepancy aside this is a great small town diner in the big city!

    South of the border omelet was really good. Make sure to bring your appetite because the portion sizes are big!

    I crave the avgolemono soup here and get a bowl of it every time! (some times I call ahead to make sure they have it, it's a soup of the day)

    The Market Diner is now closed and slated for demolition in order to make way for yet another "ultra-luxury" high rise apartment building.

    Solid diner, the free delivery and being open 24/7 make up for the slightly high prices. But when it's the only option for a few blocks, you make do.

    Remember if you get the discount you still need to tip based on what your bill would be. In fact it's nice to add something extra.

    This is my first time using Four Square. I came to Market Diner because I live in the area & I saw a 50% off coupon here. When I clicked to redeem it it said not available. That's not cool.

    In a nearly empty diner more than 30 minutes passed between me entering and getting my food. If you're into efficient service this place may not be for you!

    Terrible breakfast! Foul service! Cold undercooked hash browns, toast is cold and more like bread, no offer of juice, no fresh milk. There must be 1000 better places to go in this city! Appalling!
