Noah Weiss: Like magical realism meets Spanish gastronomy. 20 course "steal" of a tasting menu with many inventive stops. 3 Michelin stars, #15 restaurant in the world. Custom built modern building. Must go.
Noah Weiss: A borderline religious experience for any architecture (Gehry's masterpiece) or art lover (massive Serra collection, Koons, Warhol, etc). Takes at least 6 hours for the inside and outside.
Noah Weiss: Unbelievable location and scenic views of the Guggenheim across the street. Modern hotel with cool interior courtyard and big rooms for Europe.
Noah Weiss: Our favorite fancy $30 euro lunch in Sam Sebastián, from a 3 Michelin star chef restaurant group. Insane value including a whole wine bottle. Stuffed tomato with calamari over squid ink risotto.
Noah Weiss: Probably our favorite overall tapas spot. Pork rib kebab, squid ravioli I "en su tinto", and pulpo(octopus) all fantastic. Pig ear is a fatty flavor bomb.
