This is probably my favorite place to eat in all of New York. Heidy and Josh serve up the best ramen in the Big Apple imo. So much imagination!

Love this place! Both the spicy miso and the wasabi shoyu ramens are super in point. Can't wait to try the tonkatsu 2.0 next.

If they have it, the Mu Ichiban is the way to go. Slightly smokier than the Tonkotsu, it's delicious

Phenomenal flavors. Soup broths weren't overly salty and my Mu Ramen had incredible bone-y flavor with just the right amount of toppings.

Place is small and cozy, and service is good. I can see why some people see them as a contender to Ippudo. Personally I liked their noodles better because they did not taste overly salty!

You will have to wait for a seat and your joints will hurt the next day but the ramen is worth it.

Try to come 10 minutes before opening to make sure you get a spot in the first seating. (~5:20)

A little disappointed that the namesake Mu Ramen wasn't on the menu on my visit, but the miso ramen was as good as any that I've had in the city.

amazing seafood ramen (limited time offering). literally the biggest shrimp i've seen. one of the best broths among ramen spots.

The food is brilliant! Cash only policy is annoying it's 2017 not 1980. Get Square or some other method of taking card.

Unfortunately this ramen joint is NOT vegetarian friendly at all. Hopefully the chef can come up with a good veggie broth!

Pretty solid tonkotsu ramen; it might have a slight edge over Ippudo's.
