guy at the counter had no idea when I asked for tomato. I had to triple toast my bagel just to get it slightly toasted. Order came out wrong. place is still packed. Going to other location next time
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is very upscale, cozy and the music a collection of "Chill" tunes.
