Marc5월 14, 2019Eater: Best BBQ in Hudson Valley; ribs nicely charred and easy to pull apart; brisket rimmed w/fat; best of all, long housemade red sausage; loved the mango and cucumber salad, too, and the sauces
Really solid BBQ, great sides (baked beans are perfect). Price can add up quickly, but absolutely worth it.

Kaitlin11월 6, 2022Burnt Booty sandwich was delicious. Perfectly charred burnt ends with a yummy slaw. We don’t live nearby but I’d be tempted to trek a bit for this!
