Nibbles include roasted bone marrow, each bone segment topped with a single escargot. Artichokes stuffed with chicken liver are wrapped in bacon and placed beside a romesco sauce.

Amazing dinner! Everything I ate was delicious: goat cheese and pear pumpkin toast appetizer; short rib dish; cheese plate for dessert; and tasty balanced cocktails all meal long.

The chilliquillies are good and spicy. I also love the chicken sausage and gravy. It's also has a little spice kick to them.
