Jennifer Ewing10월 14, 2015You can avoid room service 'charges' by ordering from Socci in person to-go. As others have shared service there is wonderful and enthusiastic. Food is really great!
Lani Sammons3월 4, 2013Beautiful place, the best customer service. Paulette, in the Socci was great and everyone at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. Even the security staff were extremely friendly and smiling.

The restaurant and bar was accommodating. The only issue we has was with the valet parking. Valet's were always MIA.

Beds so comfortable, I overslept my friend’s wedding! But really, great decor, great rooms, and awesome staff! And the shuttles are super convenient.

All the servers at Socci are SO nice! And they take extra good care of their regular customers. Have the salmon, and ask Tami which salad to have under it.

Tessa Merna1월 30, 2016Not a bad hotel. Had a discount because there was a work event there. Don't know if I would pay full price for a room. Bed was comfy. Brunch wasn't the greatest. Awkward pickup area for taxis.

Full service espressamente illy cafe, amazing views of the city and National Airport. Designed to be LEED certified and beautiful!- Very nice Residence Inn. Close to DC Bike Share station. Friendly staff to greet and help you.

Breakfast is awesome and healthy. I LOVE the multi-grain bread and the granola!
Wouldn't it be great if the garage exit pass actually worked? I've been here 27 hrs and have had to go to the desk three times because my key wouldn't open the garage door. Cmon, take care of details.

Very, very elegant hotel with great employees. Bummer you have to pay for Internet use though.
