Really bright and nice post renovation. No more WiFi, but that helped me focus.

- Fatima2월 12, 2011Good coffee + free wifi + the blonde male barista is nice (the others weren't as friendly) + poor pastry selection (no choco cupcakes!). Overall, pretty good place.
Make sure you check out the chalkboard art above the copper V60 drip stands. It changes every couple weeks!

Good coffee but a bit on the pricey side compared to Four Barrel. Also, they need better pasteries.

Ok, all the hipsters like this place and the espressos aren't bad - but I can't get into it. Compared to Blue Bottle's roast, I always get a tinny, unpleasant metallic taste with Ritual.

Rodrigo Davies8월 6, 2013Been here twice, both times the macchiato was very bitter. I can't tell if they don't know how to make one or they don't care. Four Barrel is way ahead on taste, either at 16th or Grand on 23rd.- They're going through some renovations at the moment, but the coffee is still flowing next door :)
- Try the El Roble And A Batter Bakery Brownie - Coffee+chocolate=day getting better
The ones who started it all still have a place at the table. Don't be put off by cries of "Too many hipsters!" and "Too many scenesters!" I am neither and find it awesome.
Ritual has gone the way of Four Barrel and Borderlands and no longer offers wifi.
- Make sure to try the Sweet Tooth! Also vegan donuts are much better than you might think.

Get the El Angel. It's amazing over ice. Caramel and vanilla explosion.
