Mary M Motta1월 21, 2015my #1 spot in GR! good for casual dates, dinner/drinks, hanging with friends. sushi menu is served late. awesome sweet potato sushi! love the fish and chips. don't order the cookie skillet - bland.
Great place for food and drinks, try the stuffed chicken, it is a personal fav. I also love the NY strip, those au grat potatoes are amazing :)
Roxanne is the best bartender/server make sure you ask for her. Makes awesome drinks and really caters to the customer :)

The kobe tortilla salad is amazing. It isn't on the Republic menu but you can still order it. Warning: The girls working the front of the house are usually unorganized if it's even remotely busy.
Pitchers of sangria (the mixed kind) are soooo good...and deadly...The mac n' cheese (get it with bacon & green onions!) is amazing too!

Get the spinach and artichoke dip but have the kitchen add bacon and jalapeños. You won't order it any other way.
Griff Potter7월 22, 2013The help is amazing. The Morrocan chicken to die for. The cheeseburgers are average at best. Sit on patio if possible.
Try a bottle of the Pinot Noir, and order the shrimp rangoons. also try the spicy california rolls. makes for a great snack with a friend. The bar has a really chilled out, sexy vibe.
Amanda the bartender at Republic is amazing! She creates awesome tasty drinks and has a great attitude! Sit at the bar and hang out with her
Great atmosphere-always surprised at the price for how great the quality is!
Monday nights in Republic enjoy live jazz & 40% off bottles of wine! Lovely atmosphere.

Was fun until we cashed out, decided to have one more, and on the next bill charged is double saying they forgot to charge us on the first. Watch out for the bartenders here, they will try to scam you

Double expresso martini or white chocolate rasberry martini. The food ranges from "avoid it" to meh so eat before you come here.

Thursday nights after 9 they feature half off martinis - I recommend the Cucumber, Asian Pear, and Rockin Republic.
try the new "it always.works". it's super good, and 'it always works' to get you drunk! ;)
Check out the male bartender's eyelashes!... And eyes... And body!... Mmhmm!... Amazing!
