Ryan: People love the breakfast. Something for everyone. I stand by the hot turkey wrap and have for ages. French dip my friend got looked amazing as well. Decent veg options.
Ryan: Excellent local (new not used) book store with thoughtful choices for adult, young adult and kid books. Along with many others, has Connecticut authors, etc. Knowledgeable and approachable sellers.
Ryan: Nice and we'll stocked produce, navigable and pleasant store with good selection, and prepared foods well above average, including healthy ones. The pasta fagiole is great to have around.
Ryan: Pappardelle arrabbiata is fresh and tasty with a generous portion. Great bartender, friendly patrons, a couple of curated local taps and other nice drink choices. Great neighborhood find.
Ryan: Their wings are actually really good. They marinate them in PBR, which serves as a brine along with other spices and gives them a unique depth with a hint of the beer's yeast and sugars.
Ryan: Excellent blueberry cheese danish. Uses flaky croissant dough, not overblown with cheese. High quality French bakery. The tarts looked beautiful.
Ryan: Rama tofu and chicken, ground basil chicken with fried rice, Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, shumai. All better than your average neighborhood Thai restaurant. Would definitely return.
Ryan: Still great food... adding red clam sauce to my list. Don't know what they're thinking offering a much smaller menu now when you eat in than for takeout. To me, it makes no sense. Do get takeout.
