This mall is great :-) don't know what everyone is talking about i don't see gang members. The best shoe mall in phoenix. Every body loves wireless is the only shady store in the mall.

If Metrocenter Mall want to revitalize itself, their owners should think about remodeling the south end of the mall into a "Union Station" for the light rail & buses like the one in Washington, DC.
