Be prepared for the wait.- The High Flyer is perfect for you first timers at the FB. A sampler if you will of the favorites- grits, oatmeal pancakes (peach compote=YUM), moon dusted potatoes...eat half and take half home.

James Ward8월 20, 2013I'm a fan of this place going back to chandler park in the 90s. If you like hearty breakfasts the smoked salmon scramble (or shrimp) is pretty spectacular. You should try it.

The shrimp scramble has an amazing flavor combination I never tasted before and is my new go-to here. The Clifton omelette is my other fave - melty goat cheese mmmm

You can sub out any of the sides for potatoes for lunch or dinner. Get the grits.

I normally love this place but I came today & was told the only way I could get a pumpkin pancake is to pay an additional $8 for 2! :( isn't it good business practice to give customers what they want?

Pattie Hofland9월 22, 2014Really dissappointed. I've been to the one in Raleigh and had high expectations. They didn't bring everyone biscuits, the server was rude...we had out of town guests and I was embarrassed. Bummer.
Their grilled macaroni and cheese (yes, you read that right) is not to be trifled with.
