- Christopher Floss12월 1, 2014Excellent breakfast dishes. The pastries are very fresh (the Pecan Roll is amazing!). Also, the breakfast flatbread is a must (bacon, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cheese--all on a thin, crispy flatbread)

If you're a fan of sinfully good chocolate cake, walk straight to the glass pastry case and order the Chocolate Obsession. That is all.
Brunch menu is great - love the frittata. Macaroons to go are a great idea if you happen to be passing through- At lunch time, quiches are heavenly with flat bread a close second. Tea is served the way it should be. Service can be slow at times.

Carol8월 31, 2015Slow service, but good coffee & desserts. Also the French Onion soup is really good & authentic- Perfect place to relax with pot of tea, dessert, love the quiche! Warm, friendly vibe. Outside of The Peninsula at the corner.
Food is delish, soup du jur is always good. A little bit of Paris in Chicago.
