Overrated. Chicken sandwich was ok, no more. Sweet potato hash was bland. Bloody Mary was too spicy. Service was unwelcoming.

WARNING!!! NO C of O. No DOB Sprinkler System InspectionThe Smile does NOT have a Certificate of Occupancy. Nor did it pass a DOB inspection on its sprinkler system. Not sure it is safe.

A cozy, subterranean café on picturesque Bond Street in Downtown Manhattan. Located in a landmark 1830s Federal-style townhouse, the café is firmly rooted in the local community and serves as a clubhouse of sorts serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
