Preferred security only for Air Canada and AMEX platinum. Star Alliance preferred means nothing here-even Air Canada staff can't convince them otherwise.

Free Wifi is the only good thing here. Otherwise lines are long and complicated and passengers are cranky because of them

Make sure you have at least two hours if you are connecting from an international to a domestic flight. Waits for baggage are up to 45 minutes and security 30minutes

If traveling to Canada for biz, tell Customs "Business" instead of "Work". "Work" signals you're taking a Canadian job and Customs will give you more grief.

Toronto Pearson is the largest and busiest airport in Canada, handling nearly 36 million passengers in 2022. The airport is named in honour of Lester B. Pearson, who served as the 14th Prime minister of Canada and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1957 for his humanitarian work in peacekeeping.
