Terrible service in security. People are rude and barely speaks English. It is the same every time you need to go through security between transit gates in this airport.
- Typical Canadian efficiency, this is the WORST AIRPORT EVER! Do something about the infrastructure. The waiting at the security is just insane!

Cindy Robbins4월 9, 2010US flights have their own security, make sure to use the bathroom before, it took me 1.5 hrs to get through. Also, there are limited dining options once through.
keith baker8월 16, 2013Do not fly through this airport to the US! The inefficiency of going out of the sterile area is a stupid. Six checks of your boarding pass! Worst security experience of any airport!
Free wifi is helpful but it slow to load. Not a good show for this "international" airport.

Don't even bother with those silly restaurants with the iPad ordering stations at your seat. Food is sooooo not good and service is slooooow. Hit up the bar instead!
Wow I woke up early for my flight and customs area isn't even open. Even the NEXUS card machines are closed.

This airport is preety big so be sure 2 ask anyone 4 assistance & read the signs.

Don't go to the irish pub through the checkpoint. The service is terrible, the food even worse. The staff has attitude when you bring it up. MacCool's is not what the name suggests.
