You'll push your limits in Christian's class but he always gets you through it. It's tough but you feel proud afterwards!

Cycling class here is road based, so don't expect any dancing or tap backs. That being said, this is a tougher workout than any studio that incorporates that kind of thing.

No frills facility. There was no staff other than the instructor. The class was BRUTAL. Spin with TRX nearly killed me. Deffo going back!

Christian works you harder than any spin instructor I've ever had. A no nonsense, ass-kicking workout.
