The vegetarian quesidilla (with chicken) is the way to go. Great mix of veggies that's not just the basic few found in meat, minus the meat, dish

Worst meal I've ever had in NM. Carnitas Ranchera omelette sucked. Covered in overcooked tortilla strips and ZERO seasoning in meat. Flour tortillas burnt. Scratch this off your Santa Fe dining list
