The tour is absolutely amazing if you can do it. It's only 20 bucks and you learn so much about the stadium, and if the weather and timing is right they'll let you go down on the field and have fun.
For first-timers: Better to sit a little higher up (better view, closer to concourse). Get the philly cheesesteak -- a must. Also. parking won't be cheap anywhere so just find something accessible.
