The jugular attack @ check in for the time share upsell was unnecessary, but otherwise adored the place. At half the least expensive Disney real estate location, and 2x the sq footage it was amazing.

Fantastic! Great location. Beautiful resort. Something for everyone. Great pool options. Plenty of activity for people of all ages. Great place for a winter getaway

Great place to stay! Building 4 was awesome. Make sure you take advantage of everything though, from the pools to the volleyball area. The shop isn't too bad either, quite reasonable prices!

O resort é excepcional. Staff sempre disponível mesmo nos períodos mais cheios de alta temporada! Passei Natal e Ano Novo e voltarei com certeza! Ótimo para quem tem crianças também.

Great place to vacation. Many things to do at the resort. Multiple pools, games, koi pond, etc. Very clean as well. Great for kids.

Excelente resort para quem vai visitar os parques da disney! Se vc pensa em ir à International Drive todos os dias, melhor escolher um outro hotel. Indico o Holiday Inn em frente a Universal.

Presidential suite is the best ! The views, the balcony to watch nightly Disney fireworks and the best resort staff around !! We just keep coming back !

The suites are beautiful! Very well taken care of. It there is a problem the staff responds very quickly. I have yet to run across an unfriendly employee.

Very nice. Stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed. A few minor issues with the buses to Disney but nothing I can hold against WBC. I read the comments about wifi, wifi in building 6 works great!

Give yourself at least one day to check out all the stuff at the resort. Also, you can use points to buy Disney tickets.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of pools and 2 lazy rivers. You can't get bored of this place easily!!

Amazing shower heads! Very relaxing surroundings. Be sure to bring steaks or burgers. They had gas grills you can use.

Ask for a fireworks view as well as a room on an upper floor...no need to stay in the parks for fireworks. Building 4, floor 12 and we can view illuminations and wishes nightly!

loved tower 6. been here 10 days and dont want to leave! lazy river is worth the short walk. wifi worked great for the bit of VPN work I had to do at the office. room was awesome!

They make you feel like a princess (or prince)! Furniture is fancy and rooms are well decorated and overall atmosphere is very luxurious!

Formos.induzidos a visitar o resort, com isso ainda ganhando upgrade o ingresso de universal compra 2 leva 7 dias, mas com isso tem que conhecer um programa de hospedagem, que no fim era mentira

Great resort and rooms are awesome. Tower 6 is the best. Excellent free wifi in my room. This is my 2nd visit. Not dissappointments.

There is wi-fi in all 6 towers despite erroneous reports. However in Tower 5 this time we had to call Bright House night tech to refigure IP address on laptop and change iPhone setting to auto.

Shower heads in building 2 are amazing. Make sure you walk around the whole resort! So much I didn't know they had!

Parents be responsible for your kids in the lazy river!! It's very rude to have them swimming in there bumping into people. Get it? It's a lazy river for relaxing, NOT a swimming pool.

Love this place!!! Have stayed here twice and had wonderful experiences! Will be back! Totally recommend using the nice grills for cooking!

The only building with in-room wifi is Building 6. The guest service standards are hugely variable, depending on the personality of the person "assisting" you.

Why wait? Our on-site Disney cast members can show you how to make your Disney dreams come true. We are located in the main lobby and also in tower 6.

My 5th time here - 3pm sundaes by main pool are a kids favorite - all the pools are finished now - a great resort while at disney

Re wifi, I'm told it is for outside grounds only. For in-room, there's an Ethernet cable that you can plug into your notebook computer. Internet is FREE! I used my notebook to create wifi 4 my iPhone!

Been owner since 2007 and theists has been the worst parking experience so far staying at bldg 6. Not sure if it is the bldg or just overcrowding of the entire resort now.

The lazy river is awesome! Perfect for hot Florida sun! The only thing missing is a swim up bar.

They will tell you, if you inquire, that there is wireless in rooms, but its not in all rooms, so bring a wireless router!
