Eater: Drinks from Nicholas de Soto, who's big on infusions and creating flavors of his own in lieu of liqueurs. The vibe is comfortable and cozy on weekdays, rowdy on weekends. The Kinkakuji is a must.
Eater: A focus on gin from Ravi DeRossi, also behind Death & Co. The scene is a punk rock take on an English pub and the drinks, which include gin and tonics on tap are mostly classic and all affordable.
