Stephany9월 9, 2018Craig Lane is THE cocktail creating genius. Sit at the bar, tell him what you like and he’ll whip up something magical. For the less adventurous, the Whiz Bang and the Brown Derby were both excellent
It is almost always possible to get a table here last minute, even if you are a larger group. Cocktails are great, and service is nice. Pro-tip: Great brunch on Sundays 10am-2pm (yes it is back!).

The "California" version of Holland gin comes from St. George Spirits and stars in its Rye Gin Old Fashioned. For the cherry effect, Lane swears by the Leopold Bros. Maraschino from Colorado.

Huge space, nice bartenders, and not crowded. Same owners as Trou Nomad, so it's fancy food and expensive alcohol. price is all inclusive though, so it almost evens out.
