We had a great time! Laid back downstairs, dancing upstairs! They don't use computers for orders & payment but they still moved pretty quickly. Patrons and staff were friendly! Unisex bathrooms.

Went on a Wednesday. Diverse crowd. Karaoke up top, Hipster crowd below. $20 min on CC, fast service, friendly faces. Two opposing feels from upstairs and down, which was nice. Not too crowded.

The new more open dance floor upstairs is great, as is the improved sound system. Arrive at 11 for an hour of open vodka bar.

If you're mayor you can get a free drink! Because the mayor works here. He could probably get free drinks whenever he wanted, but it's nice Cobalt is being fiscally sensible.

This place is bullshit. Tabs are collected PER BARTENDER on a sheet like it was 1992. Couldn't close out with any bartender, only the one I opened with. Pretty sure my tab had drinks I didn't order

Go for the drinks, but on Sunday or Wednesday night stay for the karaoke. One of the best books in the city. :-)

Downstairs is great for a relaxing talk, and then you can head upstairs if you feel like a more crazy night out!
