IrmaZandl ZandlSlant: FABULOUS food - and it's way more japanese than Italian. They have geisha entertainment but not sure if it must be arranged beforehand.

IrmaZandl ZandlSlant: My favorite temple along with the 1000 statue temple in Kyoto. Definitely a must see - and there is a deer park on site as well.

IrmaZandl ZandlSlant: Excellent. recommend the spicy tan tan udon. two sizes available - reg and large. get the reg, it's huge and they bring extra noodles if you need. the non-udon items were meh!
