- Owned by the same folks that run Novare Res, this brewery and distillery offers excellent and interesting beer, as well as unique cocktails and bites to eat. Ambiance and uniqueness is where its at.

It's quite new so there are very few of their own drinks to try yet. Had an unbalanced coffee-based cocktail.

Maine Foodie Tours5월 15, 2015Deck seating! Porters and stouts available aplenty, when other bars are stocking up on IPA's and Wheat Beers. Nice variety of shareable apps. Try the Oatmeal Stout!

Draught list is always rotating... expect something a little different each time. Solid beers.

The steak and stilton croquettes with sweet garlic sauce are amazing.
