Dan Clemens5월 11, 2014Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are not maintained. Dust everywhere, AC not very cold, paper thin walls, stains on sheets.
Got 1408 as my room and strange stuff started happening... Get coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Reservei 6 dias pelo booking,deu um total de 530,quando recebi a confirmação do cartão ..Pasmem me cobraram 1000 dólares, sendo 500 só de taxas de serviço a que o Booking não informou...MUITO CUIDADO

Gerald S10월 11, 2013Had to wait a long time for the concierge, Thomas or Many. I had to come bck 3 different times. Concierge was not @ his stn for more than 15mins. Q of 5 pple infront of me.

Great location, but not up to the Starwood standard on service and quality. The Sheraton Towers or Westin New York are better options

A localização e boa. Mas o hotel em si é muito velho, acomodações péssimas e atendimento pior ainda. A internet é lenta, e vc tem que pagar por ela. Não recomendo
