Foursquare CEO and co-founder Dennis Crowley and editor-at-large Sarah Spagnolo kick off the On the Pin podcast by finding the best places in NYC, San Francisco, Austin, and Amsterdam.
Dens: Front booths, right near the big windows, are by far the best people watching spots in the LES. (for a backup, hit the mini magic room at Local 138 around the corner on Ludlow)
J Crowley: Get a slice of the Black and White cake To Go. Bring it home as a surprise treat for your wife. It will totally erase all the shit you're in trouble for. Yeah, it's that good.
Noah Weiss: Pro tip: get the "hobo iced latte" (trademark pending) and save $2. Ask for a double espresso over ice. Then add milk to it yourself. Identical to an iced latte, half the price.
Ryan Potts: Puffy's has a rich history and is a well kept secret (until now, sorry). Expect to find incognito Hollywood royalty settling their nerves before a meeting with Harvey Weinstein.
Caroline McCarthy: If you are ever in a group that cannot decide on the surprisingly preeminent "sushi or burgers" question, know that at Lure, you can get either. Or both.
Will Swagger: Mango Prawns! Really, you can't go wrong with any choice at Eric's, and you don't get hungry later. It's like the Four Seasons of Chinese Food!
The Tastes that Make the City: The pork shoulder wrap is the best greek food in SF, making our list of "The Tastes That Make the City: SF Edition." 자세히 보기
Dava Taylor: Everything is insanely delicious! I'm obsessed w/the honey cake. It's light & delicate and I'm pretty sure if the whole cake was in front of me I would devour it! The kale sandwich is also fantastic!
Rachel Hom: Definitely try the tasting plate. Wow. The hosts were pleasant and meticulous and the family-style table in the back led to some conversation with the other patrons :)
