Salads are the perfect pick-up-on-the-way lunch. Ingredients are creative & super fresh which makes for a healthy meal that's actually flavorful (and doesn't make you regret trying to be healthy)!
this little place has some of the most delicious soups, salads and pastries in the neighborhood, and at good value. try the salmon salads, cold.

Cute, funky, French. Can't go wrong with their soups, quiches, or baked goods. I recommend the turkey/gruyere and avocado/goat cheese sandwiches. The main courses = leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.
this place is an amazing little treasure hidden just off union square. fresh, delicious and ever-changing soups, sandies, and sweets..

The lamb slider is truly a juicy gem- a quick snack or a small meal. Make sure to get it grilled.- Favorites: breakfast burrito, tomato cheddar and chive quiche, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and chicken and lentil special.
Even their most basic items like the cherry granola yogurt parfait are really tasty.

Literally everything is delicious, guilt-free, local or organic, and reasonably priced. I total gem.
