the best burger in the entire city - i have dreams about it and the au poivre sauce. off menu and exactly 12 served each night from the bar only. kitchen opens at 530 and seats are filled by 5
Jennifer Yu2월 5, 2020Arrived at 5:00 for the burger and was #2 in line for opening at 5:30. Excellent bar service! “You deserve this” the bartender said as he served the burger to me 😭 No detail goes by unnoticed.

Mike Chau8월 8, 2014The burger is off-menu, only served at the bar, and they only serve 12 a night. By the time I got there 10 minutes before opening time, every seat at the bar was taken. But it's worth it.
Steak frites are amazing, esp. with house pepper sauce. If they have potatoes aligote, go for them. Corn soup is unique & refreshing. Read this in a French accent, and don't pay the fortune teller.

Au Poivre Burger at the bar is the best! Limited quantity, so arrive early. Steak au Poivre is excellent, too. Chris is a fabulous host and entertainer!

Try not to let the crowdedness of this place scare you off. This is a soho staple and it's amazing. Sit at the bar or get a table in the back. Order everything.
