Food here is so good, but they are CASH ONLY. To add insult to annoyance, on a $13.01 bill they had the balls to give me 99¢ change it! C’mon.싫어요 - Apr 6
It is the best pho in manhattan. Especially, classic beef pho add beef balls and I always order it. It's amazing!!!. I love this place.
