Jacklynn8월 23, 2019The biscuits here are AMAZING! If you don’t want a HUGE breakfast, definitely recommend the egg sandwich (egg, cheese, bacon on a biscuit) because they ALSO bring you a biscuit while you wait.

James Wong9월 22, 2014The Flat Iron Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms is truly delicious. While other breakfast/brunch venues offer up protein options, they are usually bland. The Flying Biscuit does it deliciously, bravo! :)

Despite its name, there are definitely GF options here! Though they don't have a special GF menu they were prepared to accommodate me. My waitress was very helpful.

I must say the grits are the best I've ever had in Raleigh but it's a hit or miss. Doesn't always taste the same, which is kind of disappointing. The dill cream cheese salmon is yummy though!
