Ben Bowers8월 21, 2011The Rhapsody in Que is an excellent sampler of most of Blue Smokes specialities and isn't too overwhelming size wise. As others have said, the Mac n cheese is a must have.
Come for weekend brunch and go nuts with the fried chicken & waffles -- slather on some maple butter and hot sauce... it's a real revelation.
At lunch...I had the Rhapsody in 'Cue which was incredible. The fried bread with caramel dipping sauce was super! Atmosphere and service superb!!!

Love the BBQ here, North Carolina style pulled pork, delicious mac and cheese, yum
