Surprisingly filling salads with huge portions. Whichever you get, top it with creamy sriracha dressing if you like spicy food - it has a pleasantly surprising amount of kick to it.
They have an incredibly complicated line system with lots of worker overhead to manage it, but it turns out to be pretty time-efficient.

Dosas are light, crispy rice and lentil based crepes, and best one here is filled with spiced chutney curry chicken, spinach, and balsamic roasted onions. Top with cilantro chutney for foodgasm.
If you want to go OG, order #1 with mango chutney. If you want something flavorful, order #9 with mango chutney. Won't be disappointed.
Dosas are nice, but get a little crazy and go for the uttapams. They're like a pancake with the veggies on top. #nomnom
The dosas are literally 2-3 feet long, so cradle them Heisman-style. I recommend the #5 (avocado, arugula, tomato, cheese)
