You cannot go to Roses and not enjoy the Lychee salad, it's a must. We had the brisket, pesto fusilli pasta plus a mini side of the Mexican corn and carrots. Dessert was the French toast, worth it

The no reservation for small parties issue is not too bad. If you can wait in line before it opens, you can put your name in the queue for a later time.
Bring a few friends to wait in line with and try almost everything on the menu. Highlights include the lychee salad, corn with guajillo chile, pickle-brined fried chicken, and caramelized cauliflower.
