Eric4월 7, 2011The backscatter X-ray machines are NOT obligatory, and may be harmful to your health. Opt out, people! I saw many, many people volunteering to go through these without being having been selected.

Yup....the wifi is free ! Plus, i don't mind coming early since they have designated smoking areas available !

If you arrive before 10am anybody on any flight can go through the security check in at the international terminal. There are never lines and the employees are very friendly.

Terry Nelson5월 24, 2011For a quiet place to unwind between flys, for a drink or snack or meal, go to The Terrace Restaurant 1 floor up above the main concouse by B gates.
Call Black Tie Rentals and they will come to your house/hotel/wherever to rent you boots, skis and poles. Great prices!!
Remember where you park!!! If not use phone at bus pick and a guy will drive you around looking for your car. He knows every make and model.
The TSA Pre-check line is magic. Hard to see when the lines are crowded. A life saver if you are eligible.
David Woodrow12월 15, 2012Bypass the incredibly long security line at Terminal 2 by going through security at the International Terminal next door. Learned that from a friendly Delta Skycap.
FYI, they have filtered water filling stations, so save your money if you have a reusable water bottle. Even not, bottled water is relatively cheap (compared to other airports).
Traveling and no time for a mani? Check out the Express Spa outside the Delta lounge. The massage chairs are super relaxing.
If you have a delay or layover, don't miss this great opportunity. It is a must see!
Marika Nell6월 28, 2015If you have time in the morning, go to the starbucks in concourse E! The line is much shorter than the one just past security.
Sundance Film Festival brings lots of fun things to do! The slopes are best this time of year too; empty!
Need coffee? Not much of a coffee airport so look for the Starbucks in the main terminal just before exiting the secure area. If you miss that, there is a Millcreek at the entrance to terminal D
Thirsty? High West Distillery is now in Terminal E. Try the Rendezvous Rye.
Terminals are connected, so you can use either one for security clearance in case you find a long line in yours.
If lines are long there's a secret line in the international terminal. Ask cause it's sometimes closed.
Use a VPN when you use the WiFi. The airport exposes all connected devices to each other. (That's bad.)

Brittany Charnley3월 23, 2012If you are on the first flight of the morning after a holiday, get to the airport at least 2 to 3 hours before your flight. Security is insanely busy at that time.
Need some exercise? The the hike from B22 to D13, sans walkalators. It's just over 0.5 miles one-way. A few laps and you've earned yourself a Krispy Kreme at D5.
