Classic and yummy, the pan-roasted chicken with chanterelles and spaetzle is surprisingly my favorite here over the tartare

If ur at Balthazar Restaurant, have the Steak Frites or Gratin Dauphinois... but If ur at Balthazar Bakery/Sidecar, have a cappuccino & a chocolate croissant or pistachio donut. Well worth the guilt!
