Andrew Weiser5월 12, 2016The vegetarian offering has a veritable tricolore theme, too, with layers of fresh mozzarella, stalky broccoli rabe that adds a delightful snap, and a hearty buffer of peperonata.
Not always the best attitude but they do make some amazing coffee. They serve Stumptown coffee! Also, be sure to pick up a punch card. You get a free coffee after ten punches.

Rebecca6월 11, 2013Will come back strictly for the roasted chicken salad on top of a yogurt (with poppyseed and tarragon) and grain dressing. Definitely order sweet cheese carmant with blueberry sorbet for dessert.
Although yogurt and granola can sometimes be boring, the one from Lafayette did not disappoint. Great yogurt to fruit/granola ratio.
Chelsea Lawrence11월 5, 2015Great quiche. Unfortunately all of the cafe tables are extremely wobbly. I've helped others try to fix them to no avail. Servers/staff (who appear too busy for me to ask) have never offered to help.

Best Steak Frites in town. Balthazar, you had a good sixteen year run, but it's time to step aside.
I would eat the chicken salad here every day of my life if I could. Perfectly roasted chicken over grains and yogurt with a big side of greens.

The seats by the window of the bakery are great for low key people watching. Salmon egg bennies! And excellent café baked goods, espresso,...in a pretty large space. It's just wonderful.

Deviled eggs. They're not called "deviled eggs" on the menu, but you'll figure it out.
The Italien sandwich is good and can be picked up from the bakery. Steak tartare and burger are also tasty.
