    The is food described as “family-style,” - if your family makes things like the truffled-ricotta-and-honey combo is on the seasonal crostini menu, consider yourself lucky.

    Reservations are hopeless. Best bet is to try your luck by walking in and hanging at the bar. We waited only 20 minutes or so. Food was very good, but not sure it lives up to the hype.

    A fantastic lunch spot with great food, great service and nice atmosphere. The lamb sliders are the hit menu item for me. Just divine!

    The blue crab crostini is amazing the yellow tail crudo is To die for and the tried and true favorite is always the ricotta appetizer ... It's serious!

    Sheep’s Milk Ricotta, Steak Tartara Piedmontese, Tripe alla Parmigiana. Worth a mention the Gigantone with Sunday night ragu and Fonduta Agnolotti with figs and Roasted Sea Scallops

    One of the best Italian spots in the Tribeca areas; great selection of pasta's and wine. Service is excellent. Well worth a visit.

    Perfect for a weekend brunch. Buzzing, but the space is large enough that it is still peaceful. Beautiful rich dark wood decor is also calming

    Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am. The 8 hour tripe and egg is always a must!

    Good too rich, crowd older - maybe touristy, wine/fresh bread and service fabulous. Maybe just come for a drink @ the bar

    The waiter named Marcus is really a pro! He talks food and wine so good it sounds like a poetry. And it tastes as amazing as it sounds.

    No Res? Eat at the bar. One of the terrific spots in NYC where the bartenders take your name and give you the next spot. So give them your name when you walk in.

    Absolutely phenomenal. Loved the setting and the food was great - blue crab crostini, burrata, homemade ravioli and lamb papardelle.

    Love this place! Amazing atmosphere and great Italian restaurant. Try the sheep's milk ricotta and the beet/goat cheese ravioli-- you won't be disappointed.

    Everything has too much olive oil. The bread w/ the ricotta and also focaccia are brushed with it. The flavor was too heavy with the pastas. Just a warning to anyone who likes a little but not a ton

    The best scrambled eggs I've ever had in my life. And the garlic fried potatoes are everything. I would eat here for breakfast everyday.

    Great spot for a breakfast weekday meeting & I recommend the Eggs Moderne. Heads up: strong coffee, go for decaf if you don't want to be über wired.

    It's a gathering of talent at this lovely, all-day Italian eatery in the Greenwich Hotel. The corner spot hosts a buzz-worthy scene, so go at lunch if you don’t want to wait for a table

    NY. This Tribeca Italian spot won’t disappoint for brunch, lunch or dinner. Must try: sheep’s milk ricotta with sea salt, the lamb meatball sliders and my grandmother’s ravioli.

    Be prepared to wait in line for Brunch and during the weekends. Try and make reservations so you can dine on delicious Scampi & Grits and Sheep’s Milk Ricotta.

    My favorite restaurant in the city.. Never fails to amaze me. In the end.. It's all about grandmothers ravioli and of course- the chicken for two.

    Sometimes pasta dishes with pesto can be overwhelmed by said ingredient; not at Locanda Verde, the Trofie entrée is perfect with a delicate balance of pasta to pesto ratio
