Not really sure why the pork was amazing and the broth was stellar, but the noodles felt like undercooked spaghetti.

Disappointed. A long line looked like the place to be, but the food did not live up to the hype. The pork gyozas were bland. Skip the spicy basic ramen. The food just tasted flavorless.

Noodles were undercooked and soup was watery. Meat was excellent but not enough to compensate for the rest of the dishes. Gyoza skin not fried enough and fell apart.

There are no wrong answers at Minca, but spicy basic w/ thin noodle is the right answer.

Not actually good ramen. The egg is completely boiled if not over boiled. The pork is frozen and then it's not even hot when you eat it. I had the shoyu ramen and the broth tasted

This place is better than ippudo. Don't waste your time there. The minca chasyu is the reason why.

Don't get the hype. Ippudo is obviously best. Kuboya is better. Minca made me sick all of the following day and I am known for my iron belly.
