Hands down best restaurant in DC. Sit at the bar and make friends with other patrons and the bartenders.

Ask the bartender to tell you about George. He's the presidential tailor since LBJ, and a regular (read: VERY regular) at Old Ebbitt Grill. Ask if he's around and get a photo w/ him.
