- Expect to wait. Too close to the Bedford stop, so it gets the NJ tourists. But it's absolutely incredible BBQ--perhaps the best in the city--and has some great beers to wash it down.

- The pulled pork shoulder is the regular hero here but the specials are always sublime. Grab some beer at the bar to drink while in line.

- if you are lucky enough to visit while they have beef cheeks on the menu, do not hold back. they are perhaps the best meat they have: crunchy chewy on the outside, tender on the inside, super flavor!

- The tap list and the bourbon selection is awesome. The barbecue is solid and the source is fun and casual.
