    Tiny restaurant, so expect long lines. However, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious ramen broth. Try the Chicken Ramen and the Char Su Pork Ramen, which is blowtorch charred right in front of you.

    Amazing thick pork buns. Go for a ramen (miso was great), but don't also forget to get a pork bun.

    Paitan ramen: One of the best ramen in town, thick soup from chicken broth. The pork bun is also very good

    Hailed often as the "best" ramen, Totto went surprisingly nontraditional with their veg-tastic Vegetable Ramen dish including blow-torched Avocado. They mean business here, so enjoy fast and get out!

    Fun place to bring friends and family from out of town! Spicy Totto Ramen was amazing with its freshly made noodles and spicy, peppery broth

    I loved the fact that they put corn on their ramen. I think its a delicious topping. Other than that it didnt blow me away.

    Definitely expect a wait but the food's amazing. Definitely get the cha shui bun. Real good. I got the spicy totto ramen with pork. Amazing.

    The miso ramen is the best ramen I've had in North America. The consistency of the noodles, the right balance with the fat in the meat, the right atmosphere, and finally, the nutty kitchen staff!

    Spicy number 2 is very spicy, consider it when you order or just take half of the spices when they bring it to you. Good but not amazing for me

    Great place to eat ramen nodles. always is full with 30 minutes list .The pork buns are just exelent, taste ,fresh, Niku ramen exquisite, the only bad is no credit card accepted

    I was told the veggie ramen (mushroom based broth) with shredded charsu pork is delishhh. Can't wait to give it go 🍲

    Niku Ramen was out of this world. Spicy fish oil in their signature chicken broth. Scallions, diced onion, lettuce. Would have taken a picture but when I thought to my bowl was empty.

    Only waited 25 mins. Spicy chicken was awesome but not spicy enough for my tastebuds. Def recommend the hottest one. Wait for seats at the bar. Very cool and unique environment.

    Your patience waiting to get in will be rewarded with traditional, long-simmered rich broths, fresh noodles, and just the right spices. Cash only. Yes, it was worth waiting more than an hour for this!

    It's great, one of my favorite pork buns, but... be careful they have a very very heavy broth. Only cash!

    Must come 1hr early to secure a seat... 30mins b4 it Operates then releases "the Signing Sheet" to write Your NAME and the Number of Attendees eating with You... Hence Be Punctual!!! Worth the Wait

    The texture of the chicken broth is a bit too thick for me. Tasty ramen but given that I'm obsessed with the chicken broth ramen from Bone Daddies in London, I'm not so satisfied.

    I had the Totto Miso Ramen and the Uni Don. I am in love with their ramen, I will definitely go back for this.

    Don't be surprised if you have to wait at this Japanese ramen restaurant, but it will be worth it! Go for the Totto Miso Ramen or if you need a little kick, the Totto Spicy Ramen.

    Get the miso ramen with a side of spicy oil (can split between 2 people), and uni if it's on the menu.

    The Chicken Paitan tastes like liquid Thanksgiving in a bowl. It's why you're waiting. Don't forget to add their supremely delicious Ajitama (Seasoned, Medium Boiled) Egg.

    Spicy pork ramen is delish. Prepare to be majorly bloated the next day. So much sodium, but soooo good. Don't take rings off for a few days and maybe you won't even notice.

    Great spot for a quick meal, I used to come here after work when I lived for a month in midtown. I prefer the plain ramen, but all options were good.

    Getting there I weekdays before it opens is the way to go. It is a preference but they use more traditional noodles than Ippudo does which makes me prefer Totto.

    Try the Totto Extra Spicy Ramen - dude...officially best ramen ive had...had to add a soft poached egg bc....why wouldnt u add a poached egg to just ab anything

    Straight noodles over the wavy noodles is my recommendation. Char siu is damn good so plan to get extra. Also get an extra order of ramen on the side.

    Expect an hour long wait to be seated in this small Ramen shop but its so worth it. Get the Totto extra spicy ramen!

    Agreed with the suggestion to get the spicy ramen w the spicy oil on the side so u can spice it yourself. If u like black pepper, u will like this ramen! Also try te potato salad w spicy cod roe.

    This ramen place have really good broth but they don't make ramen from scratch like ippudo. Very Japanese style place where there is very little space but very busy also.

    Authentic Japanese run ramen. Clear soup better than miso and spicy. Great soft pork belly

    Great atmosphere and tied for the best ramen in the city but when the wait is long or it's hot out I suggest Ippudo around the corner as well.

    It's worth the wait if there happens to be one. Hands down best Ramen in NYC. Great price and excellent service. Try the spicy Ramen with an egg. If you get the extreme spicy ramen tell me about it!

    The spicy paste is pretty oily and goes directly to your throat. I'd recommend getting it on the side and straining out the oil before putting it in.
