Aly Orady: The Kouign Amann may be the best in the USA. Perfectly crispy and caramelized on the outside, soft on the inside, and with a sugar-butter syrupy center. Can't to wrong!
Aly Orady: The Brooklyn Blackout - chocolate cakes + pudding + ganache is where it's at. It's usually not available until noon time or later. Don't stop by in the morning or you'll be left empty handed :)
