My first basketball arena and it was a great experience: clean venue; technologically-current design; drink prices through the roof as expected. The Calvin Klein box suites have a great view.
Jane's Carousel was built in 1899 & was original installed at Idora Park, Ohio. The carousel was bought by a Brooklyn couple, who restored it in 2011 for our enjoyment. Only $2 a ride.
Yet another amazing museum in NYC. Incredible architecture and great exhibits.
Like any other NYC running paths, it does get crowded but sometimes going later in the evening helps. I like the running view

A neighborhood standby with solid gastropub and American meals. Worthwhile for groups and great brunch menu. Potato pancakes, spinach and eggs - just do it.
A solid drip coffee that works well in earshot of Lincoln Center. A great addition to UWS.
Best value joint for healthy juices. Get the Up Beet and substitute kale instead of celery for more nutrition.
A brunch stunner. Chocolate muffins on the table for the "bread" course and phenomenal huevos rancheros.
